Best Things to Do in IBIZA
Ibiza is currently the most famous island of Spain and during the summer becomes the capital of the world of electronic music.
The island has a lot to offer and is not small so I will share the best recommendations based on areas.
IBIZA TOWN: The town and port of Ibiza or also called Eivissa in Catalan, is the most populated area of the island and the one that gives it its name.
Getting lost in its streets and enjoying its restaurants, bars and shops is something you should not miss.
It is also in the town or center of Ibiza where the Castle of Ibiza is located which you should visit and enjoy its beautiful views.
In this area is Pacha Ibiza, one of the most representative clubs of the island and with the most expensive party "F *** me I'm Famous!" By David Guetta and friends.
About 15 mins but also in the central area is Amnesia, one of the biggest clubs on the island.
PLAYA DEN BOSSA: Playa den Bossa is located just a few minutes from the town center of Ibiza and it's here where there are a large number of bars, beach clubs and nightclubs.
In Playa den Bossa is the nightclub with the longest history: Space Ibiza, which closes this 2016 to make way for a new nightclub of the famous hotel Ushuaia that has the best pool party and events from 5pm to midnight.
SAN ANTONIO ABAD: San Antonio Abad is located on the other side of the island with respect to the town of Ibiza and about 30 min by car from it. This is the second largest town on the island and is characterized by being surrounded by the best beaches in Ibiza and by its beach clubs to see sunsets.
The most recommended beaches are Platges de Comte, Cala Bassa and Cala Salada.
A little more far away but also in the area is the island of Es Vedra, favorite to see the sunsets.
As for beach clubs: Café del Mar or Mambo Café is undoubtedly the most famous beach club on the island and where you can appreciate the best sunsets.
FORMENTERA: The island of Formentera is to the south of Ibiza only 40 minutes by ferry and certainly has the best beaches in Spain. Platja de illetes is the most beautiful on the island although there are others that you can explore. It is best to rent a motorcycle and see several of them.
In Ibiza the main language is Catalan and Spanish, and because is very tourist, the great majority speaks English.
Each summer the richest and most famous people around the world meets in the island and by its current fame the costs are very high of both accommodation and events. An event costs between 50 and 90 euros and the drinks are from a bottle of water or beer to 10-15 euros and drinks from 20 to 30 euros; But without a doubt even with these costs, Ibiza is the place to visit for the best electronic music parties.
I say goodbye as always with a couple of videos in 4k Ibiza and I remind you that the season to visit this paradise is from April to September.
