Best Things to Do in Lisbon
Lisbon is the capital of Portugal and the capital city more to the west of continental Europe. The main language is Portuguese and is part of the European Union.
The city is bordered by the mouth of the river Tagus and the Atlantic Ocean, navigation has been linked to the city for centuries and seafood is distinctive of its cuisine.
Lisbon transports you to other times with its unique beauty and architecture, the city grew in several hills that you can walk on or use its famous trams and there are several places in the highest points where you can enjoy wonderful views.
Although the most famous place to enjoy the best view of the city is the Santa Justa Elevator which is itself one of the main symbols of the city.
The other iconic places of the city that you must visit are the Castle of St. George of Lisbon, the Tower of Belém, the Monastery of the Jeronimos and the Plaza de Comercio.
As for food you can not miss the cakes of cream or Belem and the dishes made with seafood, mainly made with cod and octopus.
Lisbo has in the area known as Barrio Alto many bars of affordable cost and with all kinds of music.
I say goodbye with a video in 4k of Lisbon and with that I conclude 3 months of travel in the European summer which I recommend widely.
